Laughter Clubs - Simple spaces for laughter, breath, connection and wellbeing

Laughing Well Laughter Clubs are gentle, welcoming sessions designed to help people reconnect with joy, release stress, and experience the wellbeing benefits of shared laughter and breathing practices.

These are not comedy or performance-based groups, and you do not need to feel cheerful, confident, or naturally outgoing to join.

The sessions are designed to feel grounded, relaxed, and accessible — creating space for lightness, connection, and emotional wellbeing in everyday life.

Whether you join in Barbados or online, you are warmly welcome.

What Happens in a Laughter Club?

Laughter Clubs combine:

  • guided laughter exercises
  • simple breathing practices
  • playful interaction
  • gentle movement
  • moments of grounding and connection

Sessions are designed to support wellbeing in a practical and approachable way.

There is no pressure to “perform,” force laughter, or share personal information.

Many people arrive feeling unsure at first — that’s completely normal.

The focus is simply on participating gently and allowing the experience to unfold naturally.
