Laughing Well Training Pathway

Learn, grow, and lead with confidence

My trainings are designed as a connected pathway — helping you move from personal wellbeing practices to confident facilitation and specialist work.

Rather than rushing through large amounts of information over a weekend, my approach creates space for learning to develop gradually through practice, reflection, and real-life application over time.

These trainings are:

  • practical and experiential

  • grounded and supportive

  • focused on confidence-building

  • designed for real-world use

You do not need to be naturally outgoing or “good at laughter.”
You simply need openness, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

You don’t have to feel joyful to begin — laughter helps you get there.

A Different Kind of Training Experience

My trainings are designed to feel:

  • welcoming and human
  • practical rather than performative
  • supportive rather than overwhelming

My approach is grounded in compassion, dignity, encouragement, and creating supportive spaces where people can grow in confidence over time. I know many people arrive feeling uncertain about facilitating laughter practices. That’s why I place strong emphasis on:

  • repetition and practice
  • reflection and integration
  • developing confidence over time

The goal is not simply to complete a course.
It’s to leave feeling genuinely ready to use what you’ve learned in real-life settings.
